UK DAIRY DAY OFFER

WHY ET VOILÀ FOR AGRICULTURE?

I know agriculture. And I know menopause. I spent more than 25 years working in the dairy and beef genetics industry, including 11 years as Managing Director of a UK agricultural business. I now combine that commercial leadership experience with specialist workplace menopause training and my own lived experience of menopause at work. I understand the realities of agricultural businesses, the people, the pressures and the culture. That’s why I’m particularly passionate about helping our industry retain the experience, knowledge and talent of women at this stage of their careers.
