DISCOVER THE WORKS
WHAT IS THE WORKS?

A comprehensive six week workplace menopause programme designed to take your organisation beyond policy and turn good intentions into meaningful workplace change.

THE WORKS begins by getting under the skin of your organisation. I look at what you already have in place, listen to your people, explore the experiences and confidence of employees and managers, and identify where the gaps, barriers and opportunities for change really are.

Using the Et Voilà Menopause P.O.L.I.C.Y. Framework™, we then turn that insight into action.

There is no off the-shelf version of THE WORKS. Every programme is shaped around your organisation, your workforce and what we discover along the way.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Everything Et Voilà Consultancy has to offer, brought together around the needs of your organisation.

Alongside in depth consultancy, THE WORKS will incorporate bespoke workshops, manager and leadership training, Champion support, employee engagement and events, and a free Meno SOS Box™.

What you need and how we deliver it is determined by where your organisation is starting from and what will make the greatest difference to your people and your business.

A complimentary review of your existing menopause policy and relevant employee handbook provisions can be reviewed by employment law specialists at Clarke Willmott LLP, at no additional cost to you. This provides an additional legal perspective alongside our workplace menopause consultancy, helping ensure that the recommendations we develop are considered within the wider context of your organisation’s employment policies and practices.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT?

THE WORKS gives your organisation clarity, confidence and a practical route forward.

You’ll gain a clearer understanding of how menopause is currently experienced across your organisation, where the gaps are and what needs to change.

Your managers and leaders will be better equipped to have confident, informed conversations, employees will have greater awareness of the support available to them, and your organisation will have practical measures in place that reflect what your people actually need.

But the benefits go further. A proactive and meaningful approach to menopause can help your organisation retain experienced people and valuable knowledge, reduce the risk and cost of avoidable absence and employee turnover, strengthen your reputation as a responsible and inclusive employer, and support your wider equality and employment obligations.

The programme culminates in your bespoke Menopause Action Plan, providing clear priorities, practical recommendations and a roadmap for continued progress.

The result is not simply another policy or set of recommendations. It is a stronger, more informed and inclusive organisation better equipped to support its people, retain talent and demonstrate meaningful action.

BEYOND THE WORKS

Meaningful cultural change doesn’t stop when THE WORKS ends.

For organisations that want continued support, Et Voilà Consultancy can remain alongside your HR team and leaders for a further 12 months as your external menopause consultant and Champion.

That can include ongoing guidance as your Menopause Action Plan is implemented, regular progress reviews, support for managers and HR when individual situations arise, participation in appropriate employee meetings where menopause may be affecting someone at work, and continued access to independent menopause informed expertise.

Think of it as having a menopause specialist in your corner without needing one on your payroll.
